Olaf wa startled by that. he turned and suddenly saw Sven coming from a distance. Kristoff was probably left off behind, so he was alone. "Oh, look! it's Sven!" he shouted happily. "Okay Anna, you can feel free to have a good time with Hans. Come over here, you little donkey!" he shouted happily at Sven and went running for him. Sven ran full of happiness at Olaf as well, and gave him a big head hug. As the two were doing so, Hans noticed Krristoff in the far distance. He realised there was no time for stalling. What he had to do, he should do it now.
"Anna" he said suddenly, "I don't know if this is a way to prove my intentions, but...I always wanted to do it. Since last year". Then, he suddenly grabbed her round her waist and kissed her.
At that point, Kristoff had already come even closer. What he saw was Hans, this evil man who had tried to get rid of both Elsa and Anna last year, now kissing her. He couldn't help but shout at her.
"Anna??? What are you doing???"

Anna stared wide-eyed at Hans. She subconsciously closed her eyes, but they immediately flew open when she heard Kristoff's voice. Hearing Kristoff filled her with guilt and embarrassment, along with many other emotions. What was he doing here? He wasn't supposed to be back for a couple of days. She pulled away from Hans and turned to the ice harvester. "Kristoff! It's not what you think. Hans came to apologize for his actions last year, but I had him stay for a little while so he could prove himself. I promise, there's nothing going on between us." She could feel tears welling up in her eyes. What had she done?

Kristoff was very confused. He had just arrived from his ice harvesting, after several days, and what did he get? He finds Prince Hans, that evil man, that villain, kissing with his fiancee. He didn't know what emotion should he express first. That he was confused, surprised or frustrated? "Are you kidding me Anna??" he said offended, "and how is he supposed to prove it, by kissing you?? I want a good and full explanation this kiss to me! Now!". but before the princess would get to say anything, he suddenly turned at Hans.
"You!" he shouted started walking closer and closer at Hans, at high speed. "What are you doing here??". "Me?" Hans asked, pretending to be surprised as well. "I...I suppose princess Anna just explained, before me". "You filth!" Kristoff shouted angrily, "after all you did, you dare return and even lay your hands on Anna?!" Then, he reached Hans and gave him a swirl punch, as hard as he could, in the face. Hans had seen it coming. Yeah, this was the city of punches for him, he was now used to it. Once he got hit, he twisted around from the impact and dropped down on the ground, with a loud noise. He was holding on to his jaw, which, for once again, was hurting real bad, big time. Olaf ad Sven also watched the scene. As soon as Sven saw his bets friend attack Hans, he joined him and stood by him, in a supporting way, snorting against Hans. As for Olaf, he followed and said: "Aha! I knew he'd do bad again! Smack him Kristoff, I've got your back!", then took off his carrot nose and held it as a mace, weilding it around and yelling his funny battle roar.
"What was that for??" Hans asked supposedly confused, meaning Kristoff's punch. "You dare ask??" Kristoff shouted. "You just kissed my fiance, before my very eyes!" "Heh, excuse me?" Hans said playing surprised, as he tried to stand back on his feet. "You, are Anna's fiancee??". He pretended that he had no idea. Then he turned at Anna and said, with as much a sad face as he could: "Anna...why didn't you tell me you are engaged?". "You...didn't tell him?" Kristoff asked the princess confused. Why?

"I-I guess I forgot," Anna said, silent tears streaming down her face now. "Kristoff, you have to believe me, I would never willingly kiss him right away." Turning to Hans, she added, "And I most certainly didn't mean for him to kiss me in order to 'prove' himself. I don't entirely know exactly what I was wanting, but it wasn't that." Turning back to Kristoff, she said, "I-We were just taking a walk around town, and then Olaf saw us and said a few things, and then I saw Sven and directed him to the reindeer. Well, actually, I didn't see Svem. I just wanted him to leave, and then Hans spun me around and kissed me. I had no idea you were there, and I didn't mean to hurt anyone by doing so. I'm so sorry." The tears were beginning to stream down faster. Was this the end for them?

"Of course you had no idea!" Kristoff said angrilly, "I could tell!". It was his anger speaking, and he didn't intend to talk so harsh to Anna. But...the way it seemed to him, and if it was as Anna had said, then why did she not make the slightest move to push Hans back, until she heard his voice? He was confused, but he didn't really want to start accusing before he was sure about anything. Therefore, he just left, with an empty expression in his face, towards the city, and nodded at Anna, not to follow him. Sven however did, and was really worried for his friend's reaction.
"Well?" Olaf asked, "when do we kick some butt, huh?" and waved around his carrot, raising his eyebrows with a silly smile.
There it was. Hans' plan had begun to work. The first discord was created, and it was obviously crucial for Anna. However, as he noticed her crying and trying to explain to Kristoff what had just happened, something weird came up. Hans wasn't feeling really alright with it. He was thinking that something was not good. He was feeling...bad. Something like a small pressure in his chest. Was it guilt for what he had done? "Huh, NO!" he thought determined, "how could I? I didn't feel the slightest sign of guilt when I left her to die, why would I now???". No, it was probably just his idea. It was time to continue with his performance. "Anna...I..I'm terribly sorry, I misjudged your words I guess" he said, pretending to be very sad. "I didn't even know you were engaged. I mean, I know I had nothing to do with it, but..." and expected some reaction of hers. The seed had been planted and now it just needed to bloom.
In the meantime, Kristoff was walking towards the palace, and Sven was following him. He swiftly passed through the courtyard, entered the gate, leaving Sven behind, and fell on Gerda, the maid. "Take me to Elsa" he told her. "Kristoff, is there...something wrong?" Gerda asked, troubled by Kristoff's behaviour. He was hasty and nervous. "Yes, there is!" he replied tensely. Gerda led him straight into the room where Elsa was. He didn't hesitate and entered without bothering to knock. After he closed the door, he stood in front of Elsa and said as calmly as he could: "I want explanations. When did prince Hans come in Arendelle, and why??"

Anna ignored Olaf's question, and turned to the prince. "Enough apologies, Hans. Just stay away from me for now. I'll talk to Elsa about sending you back to the Southern Isles." Without waiting for a response, she ran all the way back to the castle. She began walking to Elsa's study, but stopped when she heard Kristoff talking to her. Now obviously wasn't the time, so she turned and began to run up to her bedroom, intending to cry on her bed. Why had she been such a fool in allowing Hans to be around her? Now Kristoff thought they were together. What was she going to do?
Elsa looked up from her papers, startled by Kristoff's appearance. "Kristoff! You weren't supposed to be back for a couple days. Why are-? Actually, never mind. To answer your questions, Hans arrived this morning to apologize for everything he did last year." She suddenly stopped, realizing who they were talk about. "Oh, no. You saw him allready? And if you saw him, that means you saw Anna. Oh, boy. What happened?"

Everything seemed to work fine according to the plan. The first discord had been created, and it was between Anna and her soul mate. It was a start, and Hans was satisfied with the outcome. But not as much as he wanted to. That guilt he had been through...Why would he feel so bad about it? Anna was taking what she deserved: to see the people she loves turn away from her, just as Hans' 12 brothers did with him one year ago. And now there she was, running after her heartbroken sweetheart. It was a pleasure to him, however...he regretted it a bit. Was he going over the edge? "Perhaps I should follow her and try to calm her down..." he thought. "...Not that I care about her of course!...Right?" he was confused about it. No, he would just run after her so we would justify himself and crry on with his terrific plan. But now, something weird was growing in him. He didn't really care about it for now, and went after the princess.
Olaf was now left alone in the middle of the street. "Kristoff and Sven elft, Anna folowed Kristoff and Sven, Hans followed Anna...is this supposed to be a game?" he asked himself. "And...then am I supposed to follow Hans? Well...why not?" he said happily. Hey Hans! Wait up!" he shouted at Hans, who was already afar from him. "It's unfair, I am a slow runner!" and ran after him as well.
In the meanwhile, Elsa had just asked Kristoff what his problem was. "Oh yeah" Kristoff said, "I did see Anna hang out with the Souther Weasel. And I guess he found the best way to apologise, didn't he? I mean, I am only away for 2 days, I return and find Anna kissing with this...thing?!!! And no, I'm not mistaken!!!"
After entering the palace, Hans saw Anna walking away from Elsa's study room. "Anna, wait" he exclaimed and approached her. Without any hesitation, and before Anna got to push him away, he prepared a swift speech. "Look, I'm terribly sorry for what happened" he said. "I had no idea you were engaged. You did'n give me the slightest hnt. I understand you considered it normal for me to know that already, but it just did't happen. I suppose I misunderstood what you meant by proving it, but you left me completely empty on how to. It was obvious I'd misjudge. I...I'm even willing to explain everything to your fiancee, that it was all my fault. You don't need to have your engagement ruined over my misunderstanding. It's just that neither you nor Elsa even mentioned anything about Kristoff" he lied, trying to show Anna that Elsa also had to do with this paranoia as well. It was just a way he tried to create inner problems in the sisters' relations once again. It sure didn't sound as solid a reason to turn Anna against Elsa, but the princess was not in the best mental shape. She had already had her morale ruined by the earlier scene, so she wouldn't think clearly. Yes, this definitely was the best moment for Hans to start launching accusations towards the Snow Queen. It was obvious: at worst possibility, Anna would send him away from her, but his words would stay in her mind. Then despeeration usually talks. And with the fact that Elsa also wanted Hans to stay there, made her even more co-responsible for the incident with Kristoff.

Elsa stared at Kristoff, shock and anger about the information mixing in and making her lose control of her powers for the first time in a year. "They kissed?! That little weasel! I told him no touching either of us unless it was to save us from a falling object or something. That's the worst place to touch! Actually, it's not the worst, but you know what I mean," Elsa said. She took a deep breath and regained control. "I'm so sorry, Kristoff. If I'd have known you would be back so soon, and that Hans was going to do that, I wouldn't have told Anna to show him around the kingdom. I'm really sorry."
Anna turned around, tears streaming down her face. "How could you, Hans? I mean, sure, one year ago, when I asked you to kiss me, I would have been fine. But now? And you had to choose just the right moment, didn't you? Kristoff seeing us kiss. He probably thinks I cheated on him. And the fact that I was even with you doesn't help, and neither does the fact that I didn't push away when we kissed," she babbled. 'You didn't push away because you enjoyed it,' she thought. 'No, I didn't!"' She contradicted. 'I love Kristoff! Why would I ever love Hans?' 'You did at one point,' she mentally reminded herself. 'Yeah, yeah. But I was desperate and didn't know his true intentions as to why he was here.' She stopped doing amental argument and just looked up at Hans, tears still streaming down her face.

"Look" Kristoff said after Elsa's reply, "I wouldn't make such a fuss, but....I didn't see your sister fighting back so hard at all. At least until I shouted at her from afar". Then, he sat on a chair, across Elsa and covered his face with his hands. "It's just that....I...I don't know, I'm...so confused".
Hans was standing in front of Anna, watching her cry. He still was very confused. The little pest had taken what she deserved. But still, he didn't feel alright with it. He thought he'd enjoy it so much. "Come on Hans, what's wrong with you?" he thought to himself. It was a feeling that seemed like guilt, along with something he had never felt before. It semed like pity for Anna. Or was it somehting else? Being toubled for this, he decided to keep it aside for a little more.
And just the moment when he was ready to speak, Olaf showed up from round the corner, surprising everyone, despite the situation. He was covered in feathers and a few tomatoes, and smelled a lot like orange juice. As for his carrot nose, it was full of yellow, purple and red paint.
"I tried to keep up with you guys" he said somehow embarrassed, "but you guys are too fast. This is no fair game, is it? Heh neverind, that was fun out there, all those people were so nice with me, trying to help me keep up", then he smiled and laughed alone with his words.

Elsa looked at Kristoff, also confused. "You mean, she just kissed him back?!" She asked. "Maybe we should go talk to her. Clear all of this up."
Anna looked down at the now-colorful snowman. If it was any other day, she would laugh at the sight of him. But she was too sad to do so. She turned back to Hans and asked, "Can we talk alone? In my room?" Her voice was a whisper, so Olaf couldn't hear what she was asking.

"...N..No....I..I don't know" Kristoff said, trying to somehow excuse Anna. "Perhaps I..I was too blurred out by this scene and...I misunderstood or something. I mean...why would she kiss back at the man who nearly killed both of you? That's impossible.....isn't it?" he asked confused, but instantly stood up and said: "No, you're right, let's go talk to her".
As for Hans, he replied: "Of..of course, whatever you wish". But as soon as he finished his phrase, Olaf suddenly stood between him and Anna and pushed him back. "Tag!" he said happily. "Do I win now? Or should I run as well?"

Anna looked down at Olaf, a small smile showing on her face. "Olaf, how about you go play with someone else? We have some things to do. Come on, Hans." She grabbed the prince's hand and began climbing up the stairs.
"All right then. Let's go," Elsa said, walking out of the door to her study. She noticed Anna almost right away, about to head to her room. "Anna! Wait!" The princess stopped and turned to face her sister. She prepared to run up the stairs, but stopped when she heard Elsa continue, "I want to talk to you. Perhaps all of us could work this out?" She wasn't so sure how Kristoff and Hans would do together, but it was easier then taking each one separately.

Olaf was so very disappointed. No one wanted to play with him. He looked down and walked to leave the castle sadly. However, Anna's expression seemed like something serious was on the roll. "Hmmm" he told himself, "maybe it wasn't a game at all. Ooooh! I get it now! Probably Anna and Hans wanted some alone time. But....wasn't she with Kristoff 2 days ago? Eh, whatever, I'll just go find them" he said and started walking clumsily, with paint dropping from his nose all over the red mat on the floor. That sight, caused several people of the castle's personnel to panick, and rush to clean all of it off.
The moment Kristoff walked out of the room, he saw Hans next to Anna. "You're still here??" he said angrily, trying not to shout. "What do you want anyway??"
Hans stepped forward and decided to speak of his intentions. "If you want to know what I want, then I shall tell you" he said. "I'm very eager to hear!" kristoff noted angrily. "I came here to apologise for whatever I did last year" Hans relied. And I considered that the best way to prove it, as both the Queen and the Princess wished, would be to offer Anna to marry her. In my opinion, that was to be the best way to fix up with Arendelle's royal family. And I understand I no longer can do this, since you're her fiancee. I take full responsibility for the earlier scene. I had no information over your engagement, thus I hasted, with obviously bad consequences". "Yeah?" kristoff said, approached the prince and grabbed him from his scarf. "Who tells me you don't lie once again??! Like you did last year? Why should anyone here believe your words?"

Elsa just stood back, not saying anything, since she knew this had nothing to do with her. But Anna looked at Hans, horrified. "Marry me? You thought that was the solution? Okay, whether you knew Kristoff was my fiance or not, common sense would have told you that we were at least together," she said, and walked down the steps to stand by Kristoff, hoping he wouldn't move away from her once she did. But she couldn't bear to look at the prince. Maybe she liked the idea of marrying Hans. 'Wait, what?' She thought. 'Why would I want to marry the man who tried killing me and Elsa?' 'Well, you did enjoy the kiss,' she mentally pointed out. She looked up at Kristoff. Was he really her true love? She still wasn't sure they would still be together after what happened today.

Once Anna stood next to him, Kristoff let Hans' scarf go. He didn't step away from Anna, he was tryin to convince hiself that he had just misjuddged the scene. He saw how anxious Anna was and gave her a big hug, trying to calm her down from the brand new info the southern Prince had launched.
As for Hans, the fact that Kristoff let him go relieved him. He wasn't looking forward to another punch. But....that ''marriage'' stuff had come up so spontaneously. Like it just spawned in the back of his head. It wasn't part of his plan. Why would he say something like this? The only thing for sure was that something weird was happening with him, ever since he stepped his foot on Arendelle. Now his proposal would make everything more complicated, but not the way he wanted to. Now he was the center of attention, and he sure didn't want this. His plan should from now on build up around this. "I...I...um" he mumbled, while everyone looked at him, waiting to hear what he'd say. Then there it was. The idea had just come up. "In the Southern Isles" he explained, "a common way to apologise for a true gentleman and usually a man of noble origin, is through marriage with the lady who he's caused the insult. It's a way to reinstate himself, and the lady as well". He exploited the fact that not much was widely known of the real traditions of his country here in Arendelle. "And after all, I have already asked to marry you once" he told Anna. "..Despite the fact that my intentions were dark at that time. But I guess there is no point in explaining it anymore. After all, you're engaged already, so I can tell this is going nowhere, and I apologise once more, for my false proposal, even though I couldn't officialy make it".
Then he looked at Elsa, remembering his primary plan, and said: "But at least <<someone>> around here, should have informed me of such an important incident, but instead I was kept in the dark". He couldn't forget that he had to accuse Elsa indirectly as well.
"If you mean the sisters" Kristoff said, "I can't see a reason why they should talk with you about it! Not even why they would accept your presence here! But that's a different matter". Those words were poison to Hans. Would that be a danger to his plan? Should he give up with it now that it was still early? It would depend on both the sisters' reactions.
In the meanwhile, Olaf had seen the group. Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and Hans, talking at the end of the hallway. They were too far from him so he couldn't hear or even see their faces' expressions. "Yeah, there they are, having fun all together" he told himself and sniffed his nose sad. "I suppose they don't want my company anymore, since that prince came back. Maybe he's funnier company than me". Then, he walked slowly disappointed to exit the castle. But it was a bit huge for his little legs.
