THE DUKE OF WESELTON
The Duke of Weselton (or Weseltown, as most commonly known). The (at first) most obvious antagonist of the movie. He was early considered to be the main villain, but turned out to be a secondary character, overwhelmed by Prince Hans of the Southern Isles.
At a first point, he seemed like a person who tried to play witty but instead failed. Equally his loud ''inner talking'' and his confidence on his dance skills showed a good portion of his personality, but didn't really prove how he'd evolve as a villain. Nevertheless, his dark motives were kept on the surface until the Queen's coronation. Once, however, he came across sorcery, he immediately unveiled his true intentions(mostly exploiting trade and merchantises of Arendelle), adding in those the extermination of Elsa, whom he considered dangerous to everyone's, but mostly his own safety. Basic parts of his character were being arrogant, selfish, bold and audacious, apart from a horrible dancer.
I thought that there should be an update to the Character sector, so I added in this folk here. Just my opinion on him, whoever wants can add up everything (that's why it's here after all). Everybody detests him, but admit it: His like-a-chicken-with-the-face-of-a-monkey-dance was magnificently supreme

Like I'm sure most everyone else does, I laugh all of the time at his dance moves and when Kai says "Weaseltown" instead of Weselton. xD But other than that, he annoyed me so much. Hans made a much better villain. ;D Like I always say whenever we watch the movie, you could tell from when you first saw him that he was evil, unlike with Hans (unless you thought of the unlucky #13 thing and recognized all other hints to his wickedness). His solution was to kill the "monster" and bring back summer that way. It's weird to think someone like Alan Tudyk (also the voice of King Candy in Wreck-It Ralph for those who don't know) voices this character. Whenever I imagine the voice actor, I always imagine him as an older, white-haired guy (like the characters he plays). Simply put, other than his dance skills and pronounciation of his name, he annoyed me.

I didn't think he was really evil, just superstitous and devious.
He just doesn't have the courage to be really evil, as he's really a coward.
Still, he's not someone you'd trust, he openly announces his intention to exploit Arendelle shortly after he arrives and directly orders his men to kill Elsa.
I assume his role was misdirection, you'd spend so much time watching his antics, you'd never really notice Hans was the actual villian.

I think he's a really great side character in the movie, and nowhere near as evil as he first comes across to be in the end ^_^
