Idina. Always Idina. I'm biased though I mean Idina could sing the periodic table and I'd love it

IDINA. Her version is just a lot more heartfelt and real. She's also acting at the same time as Elsa, so it just makes it better hehe ^^;

I also voted for Idina's version. Although I heard Demi's first and I thought it was good, the moment I heard Idina's version it just captivated me. I also loved the entire scene from the movie and then there's the fact that it's Idina that's singing and I'm a dedicated fan. So yes, Idina all the way!

Indina of course because the original is always better. It also just seems more authentic and it gives me more feels than the Demi Lovato version. Also Idina's voice is a bit more pretty than Demi's. x)

Idina Menzel's. There's a lot more emotion to it and a nicer tune than Demi's.

I think I accidentally voted 3 times! Chalk that up to another flaw of the new proboards system. Anyway, I prefer the Idina Menzel version. The Demi Lovato version just doesn't move me. That's usually consistent with me, I think covers of someone else's song aren't as good as the original version. And would it have killed her to wear a blue silk dress? A black dress just doesn't go with the theme of the song! To me, it looks like they weren't interpreting the original music sequence very well and just making whatever they felt like without referencing the movie at all. And as an aside, I got fairly cranky when Demi's version finally was released on our local radio station. The show host obviously was Frozen clueless, because he spends at least 5 minutes going on about how it's Demi's original song, it's her best work so far, etc so on. Looks like he has no idea it's actually written for Idina first and it wasn't written by Demi at all! Hence why I was cranky, Demi was getting credit for someone else's work!

I completely agree with you. Demi's doesn't really have that same emotional feel as Idina's does. And I agree about the music video, too. Just absolutely horrible. x( And I totally understand why you would be upset with that. I would, too. I will say this, though: I watched Idina sing LIG on the Oscars the following morning on YouTube, and personally, I didn't like it as much. It was too fast, they cut out some of it (although, I think I may understand why. But I'm not familiar with how the Oscars work), and when she said "anyway" at the end, I was all like "What? That doesn't sound right at all!" I will admit one thing, though. Because I have seen the movie clip so many times, and imagined it in my head whenever I listen to it on the soundtrack, I for some reason expected Idina's dress to transform. xD Then I reminded myself that that only happened in the movie. Haha. But I did like it when, whenever she sang the chorus, it came up with the crystal background thing. Okay. I'm done now. Hehe.

GRRR. I accidentally voted Demi's version.
I like them both. But I prefer Idina Menzel's version. Reason? Her voice is just lovely compared to Demi's.

Idina all the way. Her performance was amazing. Plus, her vioce is great. Ah, I'd never thought I'd say something like that about such a song. Ever xD I'll say it coarsely here: I just don't like Demi's version.

Definitely Idina. Not a big fan of Demi either, but I feel like a lot of covers of Disney songs lose their meaning. Some covers are great, but there's a lot that play up the pop-song kind of feel which is jarring from most Disney songs which are never usually pop songs.

Idina puts the emotion into this song, the feelings are there, and you can fell them.

Absolutely, she has so much more skill and experience than what Demi ever has and ever will in my own personal opinion ^_^
