A Frozen short movie has been completed and will be released March 13 2015 with the live action Cinderella movie: Frozen Fever
It will be interesting to see what their life is like now that Elsa isn't so reclusive anymore and they have Olaf living with them now. Kristoff and Sven also make an appearance. Sorry Hanatics, he's not listed as a cast member, so I doubt we'll see him in the film. I am disappointed that Marshmallow doesn't make an appearance, unless they're keeping his role quiet as to avoid easter egg spoilers. That's the one thing I really want to see, Marshmallow move in to the palace and so far, that desire has gone unfulfilled. I'm not sure if I want to pay for a full movie ticket to see this though, as Cinderella has never really been an interest of mine. Also, I don't approve of live action adaptions in general, they tend to have a high level of failure. Hopefully they'll provide other ways to acquire this film, preferably legally. Most likely though, it'll be put on the DVD release as an extra. The Tangled Ever After short film was never released on it's own, so I'm uncertain if Frozen Fever will be, as it's a similar product.

Dear Buck. You forgot to mention the greatest disadvantage of the film, being its length only 7 minutes

7 minutes? How are they going to fit the entire storyline into that? They'll probably be firing off the plot points in rapid play mode!
But at this point, even 7 more minutes of Frozen expanded material is better then nothing.

I don't think they have marshmallow in it, if it's only 7 min. and it be unfair for him to once again get something over Hans who is a main character while marshmallow is a minor one

And by the way, no one said that Hans is going to be in it, it's probably going to be just a random fun one, likne Tangled Ever After was, but with Elsa getting the cold or something (LOL). Probably it's some kind of allergy she will suffer from, no doubt why it ended up coming on April.
Am I right, Buck?

Well, the biology of that is complicated. Basically, any infection requires a specific biochemical structure of the target organism to make someone sick.
Since Elsa's biological adaptions to her own powers change her biochemistry, it means she's immune to most illnesses, either bacteriological or viral. And there's also the line in the movie where Elsa states she doesn't feel the cold, so it's impossible for her to get either colds or the flu.
Flipside though, anyone with subzero temperature tolerances can be affected by heat, so Elsa would have to be careful about avoiding things like heatstroke and so on. So if the day was abnormally warm, Elsa wouldn't be feeling too good. So maybe if she got very hot, her body might have some kind of superpowered reaction to what for her is an abnormal temperature rise and start reacting in odd ways. Maybe simulating flu like symptoms without having the actual affliction? Like Elsa sneezes and accidentally shoots a blast of freezing air from her face.
But realistically, these short films are often made for their comedic value and the logic established in the film may be ignored for the sake of a laugh.

As I said earlier, it's just going to be probably Spring allergies, instead of cold, so don't make big plans already. But yeah, such a short film, pity we'll lose much of the stuff a full length sequel would include.

I wonder if biochemical immunities make someone more resilent to allergies? Or maybe it could just be the physical irritation of inhaling pollen, even if it has no effect on her biologically, it would still be tickling her nose and naturally, she'd feel the need to sneeze to expell the contaimenement. Olaf does a similar thing when he inhales some pollen at the end of the movie. I'm not sure how seriously we should take that, as he has neither nostrils or lungs. Like I mentioned earlier, when they want to make a joke, funny trumps logic. Screenshot time! A callback to the scene where Anna jumped on Elsa to wake her up, only this time the roles are reversed. I'm guessing Elsa has learned to embrace her fun side now. I can't imagine any other Queens who do tandem bikerides around the palace with their sister. It looks like I may get my wish at long last: Marshmallow may be going to take a larger role in Frozen. He looks very sad though. I'm assuming he's getting tired of living alone in Elsa's ice palace, especially when everyone else is having fun at the actual palace. I wonder if that might be a parallel to Wreck-It Ralph, how he was a big scary guy who wasn't really that bad if you got to know him. Frozen Freefall has released a commerative pack for this film, you get their birthday dresses (as outfits) and FF based levels.
