Now now don't be hasty averyone, especially QueenElsaCheck this statement: Hilary Busis of Entertainment Weekly gave a positive review: " As Homer Simpson once said: "Oh, I see! Then everything is wrapped up in a neat little package!" That's about where tonight's midseason finale—which may as well have been titled "Falling Action"—leaves us. "Heroes and Villains" isn't quite as definitively conclusive as last year's midseason finale—an hour that would have functioned perfectly well as a full series wrap-up—but it did have the whiff of a hand firmly closing a storybook called The One With the Frozen Tie-In. Which ISN'T TO SAY THAT WE'LL NEVER SEE THE ARENDELLE GALS AGAIN.

Yeah well, I'm not getting my hopes up. I did that with Hans, and with hopefully one of the Frozen characters staying, and everyone knows how that turned out. I hoped the whole week, after I read that "It wouldn't be the last time we saw Hans", we'd see our Arendelle heroes kick Hans off of the throne. Instead, we got to hear the end result (Hans getting a black eye from Anna). Now, I don't doubt they won't come back if they have the chance - if Ii remember correctly, the only one who didn't directly say she'd want to be back (although I'm sure she would) is Elizabeth Lail. But I'm not getting my hopes up. If I hear they're back, then I'll watch the episode(s). But until then, we'll just have to be content with what we got.

This could be it for the Frozen storyline, but they could still make a come-back. For example, we didn't see Maleficent since season one until now, and from the looks of it she's going to be a regular for the second part of this season.
Also, Emma has already had adventures in The Enchanted Forest, yet she's never been to Arendelle. She could fall through a portal again and go on some adventures with Elsa and the gang.
I think another reason why the Frozen characters went back though is because of Frozen 2. The characters need to be back in Arendelle for that. Since Disney owns ABC they probably want it to somewhat make sense as far as a timeline is concerned, when it comes to both the movies and the show. They could still make a comeback after the movie is complete.
Personally, I want to see them come back. But if they did I think it would be because Emma fell through another portal. XD

XD Well, well...I don't know, and time is 30 years front now? Because according to what I realised with Frozen, in its universe, which unfolds somewhere near 1800, there is a France, an England, a Norwegia etc, so it's pretty similar to our world, right? I never thought of seeing it as a magic realm. Plus, 30 years in such a timeling, would be weird, right? xD

Elsa: Interesting theory. That would be cool to see Emma go to Arendelle and see her friend again. I would love to see them again as well. Looking at pictures of the cast having a good time makes me smile, and it also makes me teary-eyed knowing that their storyline is over (at least, for now). I still am a little shocked that it was thirty years later that Arendelle unfroze, although that might be partly because I never saw the Season 3 finale.
